Analyze how similar problems are solved in other products (feature benchmarking).
Summarize insights into concise, visual briefs or reports for internal use.
Write draft user stories, acceptance criteria, and simple user flows.
Assist in organizing and maintaining product documentation
What You Need To Maximize Your Contribution
Major in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Final year students in Information Technology, Information System, or related fields)
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data tools (e.g. Power BI, Stata, Python) is a plus
Solid communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Hard-working, supportive as a team player
