The QA Manager plays a critical role in establishing and strengthening the company’s quality assurance foundation, ensuring consistent product quality, effective QA governance, and reliable delivery outcomes across teams.
As the company continues to scale its products and operations, this role leads the definition of QA strategy, standards, and processes while building and managing high-performing QA teams. Beyond day-to-day delivery oversight, the QA Manager focuses on structuring, optimizing, and systemizing quality processes, enabling clear visibility, risk control, and sustainable quality at scale. We are looking for a strong people manager with solid QA leadership experience and a long-term mindset to build a mature, reliable, and business-aligned quality organization.
How You Can Contribute
Define and own the overall QA strategy, roadmap, and quality standards aligned with business goals
Establish and govern QA processes, policies, and best practices across projects
Lead, manage, and develop QA/QC teams, focusing on performance, quality, and efficiency
Plan resources, allocate tasks, balance workload, and manage team capacity
Oversee test planning, execution, defect management, and release readiness
Set priorities and manage quality risks based on defect severity and business impact
Monitor QA metrics, analyze trends, and drive continuous quality improvement
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Business, and external stakeholders
Provide clear quality status, risks, and recommendations to management
What You Need To Maximize Your Contribution
10+ years of experience in QA/QC, with 5+ years in a leadership role and a strong understanding of QA Automation
Strong experience in team management, task allocation, and resource planning
Proven ability to define and implement QA strategies, processes, and governance
Solid understanding of software testing lifecycle and QA methodologies
Good knowledge of QA automation concepts (management and oversight level)
Experience overseeing security testing and performance testing activities
