As we continue to grow in Singapore, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager to manage enterprise accounts and drive successful delivery of digital projects. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, delivery teams, and business stakeholders, while also wanting strong exposure to enterprise-level technology and solution delivery.

 

Role Overview
The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing client-facing technology projects for enterprise accounts in Singapore. You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, engineers, QA, UI/UX, and account teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with strong client satisfaction.

This role requires a strong combination of project management, technical understanding, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. You do not need to be the deepest technical expert, but you should be comfortable discussing system architecture, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, Agile delivery, and software development processes.

This is a high-growth role with significant learning opportunities, especially for candidates who want to develop further into enterprise delivery leadership, account management, solution consulting, or digital transformation advisory.

How You Can Contribute?
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Delivery Management
Manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and closure.
Define project scope, timeline, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and assumptions together with internal teams and clients.
Coordinate with delivery teams across business analysis, UI/UX, development, QA, DevOps, and solution architecture.
Track project progress and ensure delivery commitments are met according to agreed timelines and quality standards.
Manage project risks, issues, change requests, and dependencies proactively.
Ensure clear communication between APAC-based stakeholders and offshore delivery teams in Vietnam.
2. Enterprise Account Support
Work directly with enterprise clients to understand business objectives, project priorities, operational challenges, and stakeholder expectations.
Build trusted working relationships with client-side product owners, business users, IT teams, and senior stakeholders.
Support account growth by identifying client needs, improvement areas, new requirements, and potential opportunities.
Ensure client satisfaction through responsive communication, structured reporting, and proactive issue resolution.
Help bridge the gap between client expectations and delivery team execution.
3. Technical Coordination
Understand project technical requirements and coordinate with solution architects and engineers to ensure feasible delivery planning.
Participate in discussions related to system architecture, integrations, APIs, cloud infrastructure, data flow, security, and performance requirements.
Translate business requirements into clear delivery tasks together with BA, UX, and technical teams.
Ensure technical decisions, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies are properly documented and communicated.
Support troubleshooting and escalation by coordinating with the right technical resources.
4. Agile & Governance
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement where needed.
Maintain project governance through status reports, RAID logs, delivery dashboards, meeting notes, and action trackers.
Monitor sprint progress, team capacity, velocity, quality metrics, and delivery risks.
Ensure proper documentation of requirements, scope changes, acceptance criteria, UAT outcomes, and production release plans.
Support continuous improvement of delivery processes, communication flow, and client reporting.
5. Change & Stakeholder Management
Manage change requests by assessing impact on timeline, cost, scope, and resources.
Communicate trade-offs clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
Ensure alignment between business priorities, technical feasibility, and project constraints.
Support UAT planning, production deployment, handover, and post-go-live stabilization.
Requirements
Must-Have
5+ years of experience in project management, technical project coordination, product delivery, business analysis, or software delivery roles.
Experience working on web, mobile, eCommerce, data, integration, CRM, CMS, cloud, or enterprise software projects.
Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile delivery practices.
Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to follow through on commitments.
Good stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
Comfortable working with distributed or offshore delivery teams.
Strong written and spoken English.
Good to Have
Experience managing enterprise accounts or large corporate clients.
Background in software engineering, solution consulting, business analysis, or product management.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Understanding of APIs, system integration, database concepts, DevOps, CI/CD, or security basics.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, Miro, Figma, or Google Workspace.
Experience in retail, F&B, FMCG, financial services, logistics, or government-related projects.
